All payments made to Sacred Company, LLC and Sacred Intimacy Temple, LLC are final, non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable without exception. Payment plans represent a full financial commitment to the total program tuition and are not month-to-month or cancel-anytime agreements. Submission of payment or enrollment constitutes agreement to this full obligation.

Enrollment in any Sacred Company offering, including individual programs, short-term programs, long-term programs, retreats, events, intensives, specialized offerings, or coaching services, constitutes a full and binding financial commitment to the total program tuition agreed upon at purchase. Participation or non-participation in the program does not alter this obligation. Clients who choose not to engage, complete, or attend any portion of the program remain fully responsible for all tuition owed.

Payment plans are offered solely as a convenience to assist with cash flow and do not alter the participant’s financial obligation. These plans are not monthly memberships and cannot be canceled early without breach of contract. Payment plans are not subscription services and may not be paused, canceled, refunded, transferred, or deferred for any reason.

Full tuition remains due and non-refundable regardless of participant attendance, participation, engagement, or completion. Payment plans do not imply a monthly subscription or cancel-anytime arrangement. All clients are contractually obligated to the full tuition amount upon enrollment, regardless of payment frequency or installment timing. Payment obligations are not canceled by client withdrawal, dissatisfaction, missed sessions, illness, or personal circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that valid payment methods are maintained throughout the program. Failed payments, expired cards, or declined transactions do not eliminate the obligation to complete all tuition payments. Once access is granted to any Sacred Company materials or platforms, the commitment becomes binding and non-reversible. Failed payments, declined transactions, or card expiration do not eliminate the obligation to complete all agreed tuition payments.

By enrolling, you waive any rights to a cooling-off period or cancellation window. You acknowledge this is a legally binding agreement and your enrollment activates a full commitment to the program in its entirety. Your purchase is binding and immediate.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals will incur a $350 administrative penalty and may result in Sacred Company pursuing full recovery of tuition, damages, attorney fees, and legal enforcement.

Sacred Company reserves the right to remove any participant from any program, community, or offering without refund in the event of breach of these terms, disruptive conduct, confidentiality violations, or misconduct.
